Trail Report Map April 1, 2013 – 5:50 pm – MONDAY AFTERNOON update – Snowmobile season is now officially over and all DNR grooming has stopped. Still plenty of snow in many parts of the U.P. and we are getting reports of 6 to 8 inches of snow in the Eastern U.P. – Still opportunities to ride, however, check with the folks in the know where you want to ride to make sure you are not trespassing on private property. You can ride on public lands as long as there is snow. Have a great spring and summer and fall. It all starts again December 1, 2013.Best resource to follow the lake effect snow is the Radar Loop.Check the Snow Depth Map for areas with the best snow.
